DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR AND TECHNICAL SCHOOL TEACHER.

Infact there is very slide difference between being an instructor in MTC and Teaching in Juba Technical school.these are technical professional workers, they have the methodologies of teaching/instructing.
The difference is in following up asignments from trainees and students.
Vocational training instructors follow up trainees'asignments fully and enter into trainees' progress records while in the technical schools,Teachers doesn't evaluate other subjects except when time comes for termly evaluation.
I am really enjoying being a vocational training instructor than teaching in technical school.
The second point is, the mode of running vocational training is 30% theoretical and 70% practical while in the technical school is the opposite,70% theoretical and 30% practical.
So these differences makes the technical students in the field of their learning weaker than the vocational training trainees who when they graduated, they are being look for seriously.
