small animals run faster than the big animals:

this article was not completed because of time factor, the title -small animals run faster than the big animals is an african proverb, meaning(small creatures do more and better things than the old ones)therefore it is better when a group of old people are unified or join together with the younger guys, then they become a strong team.
in southern part of the country, this proverb also is meaning that serial number always begins with the first number one, two and so on. this means that when you want to give help, please begin with the young ones and lastly the old ones.God will in return bless you, but when you start with the old ones then you have a sense of geting paying back because old ones are able people.
it is a logic that small creatures can run very fast.
The question is ,why did god created them to run faster than the big bodied animals?
One may give an answer that;because the big animals have exhausted running very fast. while the small animals still have the ablility of performing( fast running).
Therefore the society with a good number of fresh brain would do better development of the nation where there is need for new infrastructures.
therefore to accelerate fast development, young ones must be brought on board for rapid development.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR AND TECHNICAL SCHOOL TEACHER.

Infact there is very slide difference between being an instructor in MTC and Teaching in Juba Technical school.these are technical professional workers, they have the methodologies of teaching/instructing.
The difference is in following up asignments from trainees and students.
Vocational training instructors follow up trainees'asignments fully and enter into trainees' progress records while in the technical schools,Teachers doesn't evaluate other subjects except when time comes for termly evaluation.
I am really enjoying being a vocational training instructor than teaching in technical school.
The second point is, the mode of running vocational training is 30% theoretical and 70% practical while in the technical school is the opposite,70% theoretical and 30% practical.
So these differences makes the technical students in the field of their learning weaker than the vocational training trainees who when they graduated, they are being look for seriously.
